DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

This is a full-time on-site role for an Network Security & Compliance Engineer located in Jakarta Metropolitan Area. The L1 Network Security & Compliance Engineer will be responsible for day to day operations Perform daily Network Security & Compliance health check Create report activity for Network Security & Compliance solutions maintenance Define the issue/ problem case and escalate problem to L2 or L3 support when problems occur and cannot solve on L1 Level Operations Working with L2 or L3 when incident happened (if required)
REQUIREMENT

. Experience handling day to day operations on Network Security & Compliance Solution area . Have one or more Active certification on Network Security & Compliance Solutions on product such as: Palo Alto Firewall / Fortinet Firewall / Checkpoint Firewall / Juniper Firewall / Algosec Firewall Analyzer Security Compliance / F5 Web Application Firewall - WAF / Arbor Netscout Anti DDoS / FireEye Advance Persistence Threat - APT . Have Training Attendance on Netskope Secure Web Gateway (SWG) or Proxy / Bluecoat Secure Web Gateway (SWG) or Proxy . Fluent in English Language . Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills . Good in documentation, communication and collaboration abilities . Good workable attitude as a team or individual . Good analytical, written and verbal communication skills . Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines . Diploma or Bachelor Degree in Computer Engineer, IT or related
