HR Recruitment Ast Supervisor
REQUIREMENT

Maximum 32 years old Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Psychology from a reputable university. Experienced as an HR Recruitment Senior min 5 years in an established company, preferably in the F&B industry, (incl managing multiple branches and over 1,000 employees) Experience handling Assessment Promotion processes including Psychology Test. Experience handling Recruitment end-end (incl high level) Familiar with competency-based performance. Tough, highly driven, fast learner, and dynamic. Strong analytical, detailed, and good follow-up. Smart, highly driven person with good communication skill Computer literate (Ms. Office) handling, Canva / Photoshop. Fluent in English is a must. Working well under pressure. Placement Head Office : Tanah Abang, Central Jakarta.
