REQUIREMENT

Minimum a bachelor's Degree from an accredited institution with a major in Computer Science Minimum five years of experience as a senior application developer or in a similar role Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively in English and Indonesian Demonstrated ability to convey complex technical concepts Demonstrated knowledge of programming languages such as Oracle PLSQL, Python, Java and PHP Demonstrated strong programming skills and a deep understanding of software design and programming principles. Demonstrated extensive experience in application and software development, database Oracle/MySQL/SQLServer, Oracle Netsuite implementation and customization (preferred) and mobile application development Demonstrated outstanding personal with strong communication with a customer-service approach to working with end users, problem-solving, and time-management skills. Demonstrated strong technical skills with a wide range of hardware and software, mathematical and critical thinking Demonstrated technical experience in a cross-platform environment Ability to establish and maintain effective working relations with people of different national and cultural backgrounds with sensitivity and respect. Ability to treat sensitive issues in a confidential manner. Ability to work independently and collaboratively with the team to achieve common objectives Detail-oriented, has a high level of initiative, and is able to work under pressure.
