DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Provide IT support and manage incidents and requests relative to IT end users and infrastructure topics Ensure end users devices, IT systems and networks are operating smoothly and react accordingly to remediate situation appropriately Provide findings and support for any infrastructure issue in office and boutiques
REQUIREMENT

Min Diploma in relevant discipline 3 to 5 years of related experience in IT infrastructure support to end users Supported stakeholders across regional locations remotely (this role is Southeast Asia dimension) Relevant industry experience will be good to have (so that they can understand common challenges of end users from the same industry) Singaporeans only
