DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN
Work closely with other business unit to define performance gaps as well as recommend and implement changes to people, sales systems and processes
Implement training programs and curriculum to address the needs and competencies identified in coordination with internal and external parties.
Plan and manage the overall training and development activities by ensuring effective plan implementation within agreed training plan and with high quality.
Responsible for creating, reviewing, and improving training designs in collaborate with the Subject Matter Expert (SME).
Develop the technology necessary to organize and deliver training
Ready to travel to various company business areas
Measure the business impact of training and provide evaluation reports to assess the training effectiveness
REQUIREMENT
Bachelor's Degree in all majors with a minimum GPA of 3.00 from a reputable university Have a minimum of 3 years experience in Sales (prefer in Automotive) Fluent in English (verbal & written) Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills Able to coordinate & collaborate cross functionally within organization Teaching and developing training materials from scratch Proficiency in Office application (google environment) with minimal of intermediate proficiency Development timeline planning Mastering design application (Canva, Adobe, etc) is an additional point
