DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN
The candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing Laneige trade marketing strategies in Indonesia market to enhance brand visibility and drive sales growth. This includes collaborating with sales teams to execute promotional activities, analyzing market trends and competitor strategies, and creating impactful marketing materials for retail partners.
The role involves monitoring and evaluating the effectiveness of trade promotions, managing in-store merchandising initiatives, and supporting overall brand positioning in alignment with company objectives. Strong communication and analytical skills are essential for building relationships with retailers and optimizing marketing efforts.
Product strategy
Assist in developing and executing trade marketing plans to drive brand visibility and sales with Marketing Manager.
Developing strategies for New Launch and Regular campaigns with Marketing team, including promotional tactics, pricing strategies, and distribution channels. Coordinating with Retail, VM, and GD teams to ensure successful rollout.
Monitoring sales performance and collecting qualitative feedback post-launch/campaign to assess the effectiveness of the product strategy. Using insights to improvements as needed.
Working closely with retail partners to review sales performance, discussing strategies to optimize product placement, promotions, and in-store marketing efforts.
Merchandising & Retail
Collaborate with Retail teams to implement promotional activities and in-store merchandising.
Creating effective in-store displays and promotional materials that highlight product benefits and drive consumer engagement. Collaborating with retailers to optimize shelf placement and visibility.
Managing, analyzing, and executing orders for each business partner based on each channel behavior and consumer segmentation.
Preparing detailed reports on store performance, highlighting successful products, underperformers, and overall market share. Presenting these insights to internal teams and stakeholders.
Monitoring inventory level based on SKU Class, monitor turnover days. Optimize channel demand to boost performance and avoid sales loss possibilities.
Monitoring Discontinue and obsolete items. Creating depletion and action plan for any stock issues.
Reviewing all promotional materials for accuracy, clarity, and brand consistency. Ensuring that messaging effectively communicates product benefits and aligns with brand voice.

REQUIREMENT
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, or any related field.
Fluent in Professional English both oral and written.
Possess a minimum of 2 years’ experience in Merchandising/Marketing/Related field.
Understanding ID Beauty Industry and staying updated on the latest beauty trends.
Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment, showcasing their commitment to the industry's evolving landscape.
