DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Generating for new customers to suit company compatibility products and services. Developing long-term business relationship with customers by interpreting their needs. Establishing and maintaining relationships with existing customers. Persuading customers on products and services suitable their needs in terms of quality, price & delivery. Attending pre-bid, open bid, technical clarification, negotiation & kick-off meeting with customers. Preparing Bid Review Form and coordinate with Product Engineer for technical & commercial proposal. Negotiating tender and contract terms and conditions to meet both customer and company needs. Analyzing costs and sales. Preparing report on weekly, monthly, quarterly and annually basis.

REQUIREMENT

Bachelor Degree in Engineering. English proficiency is a must. Excellent interpersonal and communication skill, both verbal and written. Computer literate (MS Excel, MS Power Point, MS Word). Proactive, initiative, problem solver, work with deadline, less supervision & able to work under pressure condition. Well organized and good planner. Preferable have experience in sales and marketing of company product range stated above for min 2 years. Good analytical skill and logical thinking. Loyal, smart working, both good individual and team player. Working Location is in Jakarta. Have driving license A & C.
