DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Lead the end-to-end development of business solutions and business development for corporate and broadband clients, and customer service assurance innovation. Collaborate with business and technical teams to identify and deliver customized solutions, including digital transformation initiatives, IoT implementations, Fiber infrastructure expansion, and network solutions. Ensure the business solutions strategy aligns with the organization’s long-term goals, driving growth in enterprise and home market segments. Analyse market trends, competitors, and customer needs to develop competitive business solutions that provide a unique value proposition. Design and implement customer service assurance processes, ensuring customer tiering levels and quality benchmarks are met or exceeded. Lead efforts to streamline and enhance customer support operations, focusing on improving response times, issue resolution, and overall customer satisfaction. Ensure interoperability between business solutions and customer support services, facilitating a seamless end-to-end customer experience. Establish continuous feedback loops with customers to enhance service delivery and develop proactive support models that anticipate customer needs.
REQUIREMENT

At least 15+ years of progressive experience in ISP, Telco or IT Company focusing on network planning, business solutions, customer service assurance, and operations. Previously worked at ISP or Astra Group (more preferred) Candidate at least MBA or master’s degree in business management or bachelor’s degree in informatics, or related technical field. Proven leadership experience in managing large-scale technology projects, including 4G/5G rollouts, Fiber optic deployments, and digital transformation initiatives. Strong understanding of enterprise-level solutions and customer service dynamics within the technology and telecommunications sectors. Hands-on experience in managing large, diverse teams and working with cross functional stakeholders. • Significant knowledge in network infrastructure management, including IP Core Networks, DWDM, MPLS, Fiber networks, and cloud solutions.
