DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Responsible for level 3 software applications support on our HRIS products Respond to internal and external user inquiries and troubleshoot technical issues related to our software applications in timely manner Offer solutions and guidance to resolve problems efficiently, ensuring minimal disruption to user and client operations Work closely with Software Development Team on programming and coding activities Provide feedback and suggestions to improve application reliability and performance
REQUIREMENT

Bachelor Degree in Computer Science or equivalent 3+ years of experience in software applications support or maintenance Proficient in code reading such as Python, SQL and JavaScript Fluent in spoken English. Foreign language will be advantageous
