Drives Tax initiatives for Upstream Indonesia as well as any interactions between Upstream Indonesia and other Indonesian Upstream Business
Implementation of Business Plan in accordance with taxation and customs
Support Board of Directors for all taxes/customs & Ad Hoc compliance
Maximize utilization of Tax Incentives provided by the Indonesian Government
Analyze optimization opportunity from custom perspective
Support Group Tax in defining tax strategy; Monitor and review tax liabilities/restitution regularly; Advise BU related to tax and customs matters, e.g. tax impact of certain trade flows proposed, Submit and get approval for tax and custom application/renewal
Monitor compliance of bonded zone operations and reporting
REQUIREMENT
Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Accounting / Tax / Finance
Minimum 5 years’ experience in taxation, preferably from reputable tax consultant
Preferably possesses Brevet A & B
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Fluent in English
