DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Coordinating the scheduling of GPS tracking unit fitments to customers. Communicating with customers to confirm fitment appointments and provide updates as needed. Collaborating with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of GPS tracking units. Communicating with internal departments to ensure the smooth delivery of fitment operations. Managing the fitment scheduling system, including data entry and reporting. Monitoring and reporting on fitment progress to ensure timely completion. Identifying and resolving any scheduling conflicts or issues. Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of fitment appointments and status. Adhering to all company policies and procedures related to fitment scheduling. Providing excellent customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction.
REQUIREMENT

Has conversational level of English language skill. Minimum of Diploma Degree (D3) or equivalent. At least 1 years of experience in scheduling or a related field. Strong computer skills, including proficiency in scheduling software. Excellent organizational and time-management skills. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of the organization and with customers. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
