DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Lead and manage the finance, accounting, and tax teams, ensuring operational efficiency and compliance. Drive fundraising efforts and manage investor relations, ensuring Brand Product is well-positioned to secure the capital required for growth. Develop and implement financial strategies to support the rapid scale-up of our retail operations. Oversee budgeting, financial planning, and analysis, ensuring accurate forecasting and financial health. Ensure compliance with all tax regulations and financial reporting standards. Foster a collaborative and high-performing culture within the finance and accounting teams. Act as a key advisor to the executive team on financial matters.
REQUIREMENT

Extensive experience in finance within the retail sector (min.10 years), ideally within scale-up businesses. Experience in Inventory Financing / Inventory Loan Experience in Corporate Finance or Investor Relations Have background in Retail /FMCG will be great Proven experience in fundraising and managing investor relations, particularly in high-growth environments. Strong social skills, with a demonstrated ability to collaborate across departments and other stakeholders. Deep knowledge of accounting principles, tax compliance, and financial regulations, especially within the Indonesian market. High level of agility and resilience, with a deep understanding of the dynamics characteristic of the retail industry and scale-up company. Strong Leadership with the ability to build and nurture high-performance teams.
