DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN
Coordinate and manage new / refresh servers (VM or physical) / vPCs build and perform a cutover to live
Lead and deliver enterprise level Wintel patch, update, upgrade or server build / provisioning
Evaluate new and emerging technologies to support business needs
Increase our agility by developing build automation, faster and more flexible deployment techniques, powerful configuration management
Identify and automate manual tasks and processes
Advanced configuration and administration of Wintel servers
Work with internal business partners to develop requirements and solutions
Expand and evolve our infrastructure across dedicated hosted systems and cloud-based deployments
Develop sophisticated and flexible monitoring services to highlight performance and availability issues
Support and maintain production systems (including on-call cover where required)
Adherence to ITIL standards and processes
