DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Provide first-line technical support and troubleshooting for our internal staff and customers Assist with the installation, configuration, and maintenance of computer hardware and software Collaborate with the IT team to identify and resolve IT-related issues Participate in the development and implementation of IT-related and company-wide projects and other activities Contribute to the continuous improvement of our IT infrastructure and systems
REQUIREMENT

Currently enrolled in an information technology or computer science degree program Strong problem-solving and analytical skills Excellent communication and customer service skills Basic knowledge of computer hardware, software, and networking concepts Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies Must be willing to travel or do field work for IT-related projects and engagements
