DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Financial Management: Oversee budgeting, forecasting, cash flow, and financial performance. Provide financial insights for strategic decision-making and business planning. Accounting Operations: Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting, including balance sheets, income statements, and general ledger management. Manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and other accounting functions. Tax Compliance: Ensure compliance with all tax regulations (corporate income tax, VAT, etc.). Oversee tax filings and reporting, and implement tax optimization strategies. Financial Reporting & Analysis: Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports. Monitor key financial indicators and recommend actions to improve profitability. Team Leadership: Lead and mentor finance, accounting, and tax teams to ensure performance and professional growth. Risk Management & Compliance: Identify financial risks and ensure compliance with internal controls and regulatory requirements.
REQUIREMENT

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Minimum of 7 years of experience in finance, accounting, and tax management, preferably in the retail or automotive industry with multi branches. In-depth knowledge of financial management, accounting principles, and tax regulations. Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to guide and motivate a large finance department. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret financial data and provide strategic recommendations. Proficiency in financial software and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or similar). Strong understanding of the retail automotive industry’s financial dynamics. Ability to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and maintain high levels of accuracy under pressure.
