Develop sales forecast, budget, and manpower plans.
Supervises and trains distributors and/or sales force to achieve sales targets; Pursue key prospects, negotiate and construct appropriate terms of sales Plan.
Direct and monitor the activities of a sales team within a specified area to achieve established sales targets.
Oversee sales support activities such as sales administration, customer service, distribution, invoicing, and credit and collections to ensure that customer orders are processed, dispatched, invoiced, and paid accurately and on time.
Coach sales representatives on the technical aspects of the organization’s products and services; on marketing campaigns and sales promotions and on sales techniques, procedures, and standards that will help them achieve their sales targets.
REQUIREMENT
At least 4 Years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Preferably Manager/Coordinator specialized in Sales.
Retail/General or equivalent, especially in FMCG Industry or Furniture.
Required Skill(s): Territory Management, Selling skill.
Willing to work travel.
