Manage all businesses globally during development and execution of strategic growth plans.
Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to meet or exceed monthly and annual sales targets.
Identify and capitalize on business development opportunities for expansion on the market.
Responsible for successfully executing the partnership strategy plan to achieve the annual budget for new clients.
Demonstrate knowledge and understanding of all prospective clients and target markets within the market segment through in-depth research.
Identify key target prospects in the market segment and establish a strategy to initiate a relationship and develop sales.
Maintain an open and win/win approach to client relationships, self, department, and company through consultative selling.
Responsibility for increasing revenue and gross margin from new and extension business.
REQUIREMENT
Bachelor Degree or Master in Business Management, Science & Technology or equivalent
Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in Logistics
Good knowledge in Logistics Business process
Excellent negotiation and communication skills
Possess leadership skills and good presentation skills
Preferred competency: e-Commerce experience, excellent business network in Indonesian market
Familiar with unicorn business model
