DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Lead the budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes, ensuring alignment with the company’s strategic goals. Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports and present insights to Management. Conduct financial modeling to support strategic initiatives and scenario analysis. Ensure timely and accurate reporting of financial results to internal and external stakeholders. Analyze expenses and implement cost-control initiatives to drive efficiency and profitability Manage the annual budgeting & forecasting processes, coordinating with various departments to ensure meet the timeline. Foster collaboration across departments and act as a finance business partner to other leaders within the organization.
REQUIREMENT

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, having CPA, CMA, ACCA, S.AK in preferable. Holding Brevet A & B (+C & BKP is preferable) 5+ years of experience in accounting commercial or audit Strong experience in financial analysis, budgeting, and financial reporting Experience in managing a finance team and overseeing a company’s financial operations Proficiency in financial software, ERP systems (SAP), and advanced Excel skills Excellent leadership and team management abilities. Experience in the preparation of management accounts, cash flow management, and treasury operations. Proficient in English (Writing, Speak and Reading). Placement in Cakung, North Jakarta
