DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN
Work with a team to identify, analyze potential prospects and bring in new sales
Maintain ongoing relationships with existing clients by providing support, information and guidance, recommending new opportunities, profit and service improvements
Develop, implement, and maintain sales activities and plans
Lead and coordinate contract negotiations for successful closure of sales
Sell products by establishing contact and developing relationships with prospects
Introduces product improvements or new products by remaining current on industry trends, market activities and competitors
Prepares reports by collecting, analyzing and summarizing information
Maintain quality service by establishing and enforcing organizational standards
Ability to mentor or share a good practices to team members and teach improved processes in order to enhance staff accomplishments
Contribute to team effort by accomplishing good results
REQUIREMENT
Age max 40 years old
At least two years of sales experience in Industrial Battery
Knowledge in Battery, UPS and service
Has strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Has good written and verbal communication skills as well as good presentation skills
Driven and motivated for the greater good of the team
Willing and able to travel within Indonesia
