Process payroll for employees in the organization
Ensuring all payroll transactions are processed efficiently
Collecting, calculating, and entering data in order to maintain and update payroll information
Compiling summaries of earnings, taxes, deductions, leave, and non-taxable wages and reporting on this
Resolving payroll discrepancies
Maintaining payroll operations by following policies and procedures
Developing ad hoc financial and operational reporting as needed
Updating and maintain personnel database regarding salaries
Manage organization budget and expenses
Prepare reports to relevant departments about payroll, company budget and expenses
Calculating and processing the termination payment
Ensure wages and tax withholdings comply with regulations
Checking timesheet for accuracy
REQUIREMENT
Bachelor / Master Degree in Accounting / Human Resources
Excellent attention to detail
Proven work experience as a Payroll Officer or similar role
Good knowledge of labor legislation
Time management skills
Ability to handle confidential information
Have a positive attitude and work under pressure
Located in Jakarta
