DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Assist in operating system migration and perform troubleshooting which includes diagnosis of hardware and software failures/problems Provide end user support and set up end user profiles for applications Perform installation of software/application and relocation of computer devices/peripherals Prepare documentation in IT service management tool
REQUIREMENT

Minimum Diploma in Information Technology or equivalent Minimum 1 year of IT Support experience preferred Singaporeans only
