DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Build a good relationship with customers. Serve as the primary point of contact for customers while building strong relationships and understanding their needs. Effectively manage customer databases, inquiries, and complaints, ensuring timely resolution and corrective action. Support Consumer Insight Manager in consumer research projects through customer database - deployment of questionnaire, project management, and follow up with respondents.
