DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Monitoring the latest tax laws (CTP, income tax and VAT), to disseminate to the company's internal and ensuring tax compliance in accordance with tax regulations Facing tax audits both at the Examination, Objections, and Appeals Conduct a review of tax documents which will be submitted to the examiner, researcher objected and the judge in the tax court Develop a plan of taxation for tax optimization Reconcile taxes (VAT, Income Tax and corporate Income Tax Develop good relationship with external institution such as Account Representif, Investigator and Research Objection Responsible for leading and coordinate Tax Team and assess their performance
REQUIREMENT

Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Taxes/Accountancy or equivalent Must have USKP B Certificate Compulsory experience in tax consulting firms (KAP or KKP) at least 4 years At least 4 years of working experience as Tax Manager or 6 years as Tax Assistant Manager, preferably experience in Palm Oil Company will be advantage Excellent knowledge of tax audit (examination/objection/appeal) and also tax compliance
