DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN
To lead, coach and develop the team of IT Engineers and Administrators
Overseeing a team in problem solving of PC's, laptops, servers, network Microsoft Office and E-mail and all related activity to ensure high level of user satisfaction.
The role carries a high level of impact involving support up to 250 users at the site.
Work with the business management to look at improvements for systems and processes to improve the service and to save cost by implementing innovative technology and efficient ways of working.
To guide and supervise a small team of IT staff at the site so members of the team have the right technical skills to fulfil the role successfully which involves coaching and mentoring staff members.
Work with Site IT Engineers on projects which could vary from local infrastructure or system upgrades
Provide high level problem solving skills are needed on a regular basis during such implementations which involve complex IT hardware and software set up and operation.
Work closely with the Country IT Manager and the CoE to develop and implement processes and procedures which are then rolled out and followed within each country.
To provide annual IT budget for site of responsibility and to create capex's for IT refresh and local projects.
REQUIREMENT
A degree in Information Technology or equivalent
2 to 3 years experience to manage a small team, work under pressure & have excellent analytical & problem resolution skills
10 yrs of IT experience including site IT support for end-points, on-premise & cloud servers, networks
Familiar with cyber security principles and best practices
Certificates: Microsoft Fundamentals (eg. Azure Fundamentals or M365 Fundamentals); ITIL v4 Foundations; Cisco CCNA
Knowledge in latest trends in IT.
