DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN
Ensuring all payroll transactions are processed efficiently
Collecting daily, weekly, and monthly employee timesheets.
Collecting, calculating, and entering data in order to maintain and update payroll information
Preparing employee compensation checks using payroll software.
Ensuring taxes comply with company and state regulations.
Scheduling salary payments and handing out paychecks.
Responding to employee questions about compensation, taxes, benefits, and deductions.
Entering new employee data into the company database.
Compiling summaries of earnings, taxes, deductions, leave, etc. and reporting on this
Determining payroll liabilities by calculating employee income, social security taxes, employer's social security, pension and workers compensation payments
Resolving payroll discrepancies
Maintaining payroll operations by following policies and procedures
Developing ad hoc financial and operational reporting as needed
REQUIREMENT
Bachelor’s degree in accounting, human resources management, or a similar field. Previous experience working as a payroll officer. Able to speak English Familiar with payroll software, procedures and policy. Ability to handle confidential information. Ability to prepare and present HR Monthly reports Good knowledge in employee compensation, benefits and taxation (Pph 21) Able to work as individual and able to work as team in cross functional department Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Good health & physic Good computer skill in Microsoft Office & other related software Willing to placed in KIM 2 Medan
