DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN
This is a full-time on-site role located in Yogyakarta for an Information Technology Technician. The Information Technology Technician will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting computer hardware, software, and peripherals. They will also provide technical support to employees and work with the IT team to ensure the security and reliability of the company's network and systems.
REQUIREMENT
Minimum of a bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field Experience in installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting computer hardware, software, and peripherals Experience with software and hardware upgrades and migrations Experience with network troubleshooting and network security protocols Excellent problem-solving and communication skills Ability to work well independently and in a team environment Knowledge of computer operating systems, including Microsoft Windows and Apple OS X Experience with Microsoft Office suite and other common software applications Strong attention to detail and organization skills
