DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN
Being a strong partner and advisor to the business on all HR related matters
Providing guidance to the business on organizational and developmental needs
Resolving employee issues and conducting thorough investigations where required
Advising management on HR related issues in line with statutory laws and company guidelines
Partnering with line management and employees to enhance employee engagement
Working across teams to ensure HR objectives are met
Participating in and/or leading projects focused on continuous improvement
Monitor and report on workforce and succession planning
Identify training needs for teams and individuals
Evaluate Recruitment, training & Development programs
Suggest new HR strategies
Work closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale and increase productivity and retention
REQUIREMENT
Degree from any major (psychology is preferred) Minimum has two years of working experience in related field Strong leadership skills. Excellent communication skills. Analytical skills and results oriented. Problem-solving skills. Proactive nature. Excellent interpersonal & Management skills. Meticulous attention to details. Highly organized. Good people skills. Thorough knowledge of labor legislation Full understanding of all HR functions and best practices
