DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Provide technical solution for customers based on their business requirement Involve in pre-sales and post-sales activities. Address all product-related queries on time Collect and analyse feedback from customers to shape requirements, and product features Report on product performance and its adoption Liaise with the sales department to win new business and increase sales. Liaise with the marketing department to generate product awareness and train customers to use products effectively (adoption). Staying current with any ongoing and upcoming client projects and initiatives.
REQUIREMENT

Candidate must possess at least Diploma in Engineering, Computer Science or relevant field. Minimum of 2 years relevant work experience in one or more of the following: Solutions Consulting, Technical and/or Solutions Architecture, Technical hands-on experience. Understand technical IT Solution in End-user, Network, Application, Public Cloud and Security. Ability to map business requirements into technical features. Ability to prioritize, multi-task, and perform effectively under pressure. Fluent in English Good presentation skill
