DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Organization and participation in the company's strategic decision-making planning, the development of human resources strategic planning, effective support for the company's strategic objectives. Have the ability to recruit independently in Indonesia (not only with the help of headhunters), and help the business to set up the team. Understand the local employee regulations in Indonesia, and be able to effectively deal with issues such as employee separation from the company's business perspective. Sorting out the qualifications of key positions, and effectively carry out performance management design and implementation. Design and implementation of FM compensation and benefit system, through effective ways (such as outsourcing), to reduce the cost of employing people. Ability to effectively assist in building the company's manpower echelon and cultivate talents.
REQUIREMENT

Basic requirements Education and work experience Candidates with full working rights for Indonesia, deep understanding of the local staff regulations in Indonesia (Indonesia work for many years of Chinese sub-selected) more than 7 years of work experience, HR professionalism is strong Industry experience, No limitation, but retail industry is preferred Language Requirement: Indonesian + Chinese, must option Strong local Indonesian recruiting experience; Strong frontline experience in Indonesian HR handling; Strong recruiting with project experience in performance landing; Quality Requirements Strong sense of ownership with dedication and accountability Ability and aura to drive change, as well as the ability to establish good communication with employees and emotional intelligence
