DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Cost Data Management: Gather and maintain cost information in the SAP system, ensuring accurate record-keeping of cost history. Checking Actual Cost: Generate and review cost reports, investigating differences between standard and actual costs, and analyzing cost fluctuations. Cost Accounting: Manage cost accounting processes, supporting month-end and year-end closings to ensure accuracy. Audit Support: Assist in internal and external audits by providing necessary documents and information promptly and accurately. Process Standardization: Collaborate with the finance manager to standardize cost-related processes for improved efficiency. Inventory Management: Supervise inventory managements, coordinating and executing periodic inventory counts, and produce detailed inventory reports.
REQUIREMENT

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Minimum 3 years of overall accounting and finance experience, with at least 2 years focused on cost accounting. Fluent in English is a must. Proficiency in SAP's FICO module and advanced Excel skills. Proven track record in process standardization, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams for improved efficiency. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Attention to detail and accuracy in all aspects of cost accounting and inventory management
