DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Design and develop advanced applications for mobile platforms (iOS/Android) using the latest technologies and best practices. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features. Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications. Identify and fix bugs and performance bottlenecks. Continuously discover, evaluate, and implement new technologies to maximize development efficiency. Mentor and guide junior developers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement. Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to ensure code quality and adherence to coding standards. Stay updated with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in mobile development.
REQUIREMENT

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; advanced degree preferred. Proven experience developing and shipping high-quality mobile applications for iOS and/or Android platforms.Proficiency in programming languages such as Swift, Objective-C, Kotlin, or Java. Strong understanding of mobile UI/UX principles and best practices. Experience with mobile development frameworks such as React Native, Flutter, or Xamarin. Solid understanding of mobile app architecture, including client-server communication, caching, and security. Familiarity with Agile development methodologies. Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex issues. Effective communication and collaboration skills.
