DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Installation, configuration, preparation and troubleshooting of PCs and devices. Troubleshoot, diagnose and resolve basic technical hardware and software access problems for end users. Respond to queries either in person, by email, chat or phone. Maintain and update periodically of IT related equipment. Basic server administration of user account. Basic maintenance and updates of website content using HTML code. Provide assistance for any faulty system in the Company. Any other ad-hoc tasks as assigned.
REQUIREMENT

Min. NITEC in IT related discipline. Entry level, minimum 1 years of help desk or technical support experience. Basic technical knowledge of computer hardware, software, server and networking. Able to work independently with minimum supervision.
