DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Implement HR strategies that support the organization’s business objectives. Oversee talent acquisition, development, and retention programs Manage employee relations issues and foster a positive workplace culture Implement and manage performance appraisal systems. Collaborate with HR to develop talent management and succession planning programs. Assist in the development and implementation of policies and procedures that support organizational development efforts. Conduct organizational assessments and surveys to identify areas for improvement. Create and implement leadership development programs to build a strong leadership pipeline. Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations. Manage the maintenance and security of office facilities and equipment. Develop and manage budgets for administrative functions and office operations. Negotiate and manage contracts with external vendors and service providers.
REQUIREMENT

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Law, Business Administration, Management, psychology or a related field. Minimum of 10-15 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3 years in a managerial role. Proven track record in handling employee relations, recruitment, performance management, People Development, Organizational Development, HR compliance, Personnel & General Affair. Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills. Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities. Proficiency with HR software and tools Knowledge of labor laws and regulations Experience in the Agro industry may be preferred Willing to be placed in all operational units
