DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Develop strong partnerships with stakeholders to understand their business objectives, strategy, and talent needs. Lead end-to-end talent journey strategies, encompassing talent acquisition to talent management, including compensation & benefit, learning & development, as well as employee relation. Offer guidance and advisory support to the business on effective organisation design, workforce planning, and succession planning. Oversee Learning and Development initiatives to ensure alignment with the talent journey, particularly for talent or leadership teams, and monitoring program effectiveness. Design and execute talent management strategies that align with the organisation's business goals, fostering potential, driving performance, and enhancing retention.
REQUIREMENT

Minimum of 15 years of experience leading HR departments, with prior experience in start-ups. Demonstrated strategic thinking and business acumen, with a proven track record of influencing and collaborating with senior leadership. Comprehensive understanding of industry best practices in human resources. Experience in facilitating business or organisational transformation. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively navigate complex and sensitive situations. Proven ability to manage projects effectively, exhibiting a smart and agile personality.
