REQUIREMENT

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field Proven experience in recruitment, either in-house or with a recruitment agency Strong interpersonal and communication skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruitment tools Knowledge of employment laws and regulations
