(Summary) - Assume the leadership position for the entire Sales performance through a set of objectives given which requires proper planning and execution of strategies according to brand portfolio, channel/retail dynamics, consumer profiles and KSIs. - Lead, manage and motivate Distribution, Merchandising to successfully optimize resource allocation, implement all salses activities and build competitive advantage in different trade channels/layers in order to achieve targeted volume, market share growth and other KSIs; whilst ensuring optimization and effectiveness of the FSF organization structure and individual talent development. (Your day to day) *SALES AND DISTRIBUTION* 1. Develop and lead the annual sales plan, request and allocate resources for implementation and provides input to long term sales and distribution strategy. 2. Provides direction to the field force that covers their overall business plans and strategies. 3. Set and communicate overall sales targets in terms of market share, volume, inventory, coverage and frequency. 4. Ensure flawless execution in order to achieve or surpass the targets. 5. Working with EZD and wholesaler/sub wholesaler partners to achieve targets. 6. Ensure sales forecasts accuracy to be in line with market or business changes in order to enable the organization to optimally anticipate and address these changes so as to avoid overstock, optimize costs and create synergy. *MERCHANDISING* 1. Develop and lead annual merchandising plans, request and allocate resources for implementation and provides input to long term engagement strategy. 2. Provides direction to the team to ensure optimum sales &merchandising performance to achieve merchandising targets in terms of market share, coverage, frequency of call, trade program execution and other important merchandising KSIs. 3. Approves merchandising targets by territory in order for Area Supervisor(AS) to communicate those targets to respective designated business areas. 4. Provide strategic guidance to AS to develop the territory merchandising plan, seek approval and obtain sufficient resources to implement initiatives in line with cycle initiatives. *COMMERCIAL APPROACH/TERRITORY MANAGEMENT* 1. Lead entire team to be consumer centric and exploit every opportunities to grow business, working closely with HQ/ Field and Marketing team to have better synergy and take bottom-up initiatives to complement national programs/activities. 2. Continuously run assess-plan-engage-line up-equip-buy in process to ensure team performance and business results are optimized *RESOURCE & FINANCIALS* 1. Proposes and manages Sales, Distribution, and Merchandising budget and allocate national programs/resources to ensure activities are carried out in an efficient and cost effective way, by regular control over expenditures and analysis of the total budget . 2. Continuously monitor and provide information to the management on returns on investment and make the proposal to improve efficiency and effectiveness of all commercial activities. *PEOPLE MANAGEMENT* 1. Lead and motivate the team to have outstanding performance and good morale. Evaluate team members' competencies and skills to put the right persons on the right positions and also develop team members with different tasks or assignments for both individual growth and organization sustainability. 2. Recruit, integrate and retain emerging talents to enhance bench strength of commercial organization. *P&P COMPLIANCE* 1. Maintain full awareness with all PMI/PMT policies, procedures and regulatory requirements 2. Implement and maintain effective processes and controls, including relevant elements of the PMT compliance plan, to ensure that all activities are compliant with these requirements and that all stakeholders (eg. EZD partners, team members etc) are aware, understand and comply to their responsibilities as part of
REQUIREMENT

1. Minimum 8 years in Sales (Preferable FMCG Company) with at least 5 years experience in people management position. 2. Field Force management experience is a plus. 3. Field Force Management - Fostering autonomy, but maintaining FF focus and control. 4. Integration - to connect Sales, Distribution, Merchandising, Trade Strategy and Marketing together to achieve business results. 5. Build competitive advantage in trade deployment area while company is not at leading position yet and certain resource constraint(s) in place. 6. Diversity - need to manage different teams and external partners from different background and profiles. Need good balance between planning and execution, excellent interpersonal skills, and strong capability to direct and influence others.
