Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and facilitating the hiring process until Job On boarding
Develop and implement effective onboarding processes to ensure new hires feel welcome and equipped for success
Coordinate pre-employment test schedules and conduct applicant preliminary interviews.
Maintain and update Recruitment Database and other forms of reporting or record keeping with attention to detail and accuracy.
Maintain company social media (Instagram & LinkedIn) to develop and implement employer branding plans and strategies.
Serve as a trusted advisor to employees and managers, providing guidance on HR policies, procedures, and best practices
Execute Training Administration and Filing Process by executing all administration duties.
Prepare all training preparation and monitor training execution run successfully.
Support performance management initiatives, including goal setting, performance reviews, and career development planning.
Continuously seek opportunities to enhance HR processes and contribute to a positive and inclusive work environment
Handle employee relations matters with professionalism, empathy, and discretion
Having an experience to handling payroll & compensation benefit
REQUIREMENT
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or related field.
Able to speak English both oral & written (Speak Korean More Preferable)
3-4 years of experience in HR roles, with a focus on generalist responsibilities.
Strong knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust at all levels of the organization.
Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
