DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN
All the managerial aspect needs to translate directorate strategy into division action plan and implement it; Resources budget allocation; People & Organization; Stakeholders Management; Evaluate and Report Progress of Department Action Plan; Manage Business Process; Comply with internal regulation (refer to job mission)
IT projects related to IT Facilities (asset & non asset) from initiation to completion, ensuring timely delivery, budget adherence, and quality outcomes.
Manages and conduct improvement regarding allocation of IT facilities (asset & non asset) and their budgets, optimizing efficiency and ensuring alignment with organization needs.
Manage and monitor lifecycle of organization's IT Facilities (asset & non asset) including hardware, software, and licenses.
Addressing any significant issues that arise and ensuring that appropriate corrective actions are taken.
Handle Incidental task given by superiors.
REQUIREMENT
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degre in Management, Management Information System (or IT Business Management), International Relations
Min. 5 - 10 years as Strategic/Planning Manager or Supervisor
Have Project management skills.
Technical Expertise about IT service management skills
Good communication skills
Planning and resources management
Language skills (especially English or Korean)
