DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN
Assist in verification and updating employees’ leave application forms and attendance records
Assist in verification and updating employees’ medical claims
Prepare new employee on-boarding and HR briefing by Global HR departmental guideline
Generate official internal documents such as HR announcements, letters etc.
REQUIREMENT
Bachelor degree in Human Resources or Business Administration Internship working experience in general office administration support is preferred Well organized, detailed oriented and able to work independently under pressure Good command of English and Mandarin and proficient in MS Office applications Fresh graduate is welcome to apply
