Sales Analysis: Analyze sales data, including trends, market conditions, and customer behavior to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
Forecasting and Budgeting: Assist in developing sales forecasts and budgets based on historical data, market trends, and company objectives.
Performance Monitoring: Monitor sales performance against targets, identifying areas of concern and implementing corrective actions as needed.
Pricing Strategy: Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement pricing strategies that maximize revenue while remaining competitive in the market.
Sales Reporting: Prepare regular reports on sales performance, including KPIs, sales trends, and market share analysis, to provide insights to management.
Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with other departments such as marketing, production, and finance to ensure alignment of sales strategies with overall business objectives.
Customer Relationship Management: Assist in maintaining and enhancing relationships with key customers, understanding their needs, and addressing any issues or concerns.
Continuous Improvement: Proactively identify areas for process improvement within the sales function and recommend and implement solutions to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
REQUIREMENT
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
3-4 years of experience in sales analysis, sales controlling, or a similar role, preferably within the feedmill industry or related sectors.
Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other relevant software applications.
Knowledge of feedmill industry dynamics, market trends, and customer behavior is a plus.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
