DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN
Provide first-level technical support to end-users via phone, email, or in-person
Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues, including troubleshooting network connectivity problems
Install, configure, and update software applications and operating systems
Maintain accurate records of support requests and resolutions
Collaborate with team members to resolve complex technical problems
Assist in the setup and maintenance of IT equipment and peripherals
ducate end-users on proper computer usage and best practices
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and technologies
REQUIREMENT
Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Information Engineering, Information system, or related field preferred Minimum of 2 years of experience in IT support or a related role Proficiency in LAN and WAN networking, as well as Microsoft Office Strong understanding of troubleshooting hardware and software issues Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with end-users Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and as a part of a team Prior experience in troubleshooting computer system is a plus willing to be placed in Head Office Central Jakarta
