DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN
Is responsible to optimize margin and product mix to drive profitable growth in the region
Planning & budgeting, production and implementation of all trade marketing activities, including point of sales materials for promotions and events.
Executes Tactical pricing aligned with financial targets
Build Trade marketing activities financial cases
Collaborates with Marketing Manager and Marketing team to build sales promotions in line with brand guidelines and sales targets.
Work closely with sales team and marketing manager to: map the market & understand respective markets channels, measure channel penetration per customer
Collect & analyze sell-in / sell-out / inventory data and propose actions required
Conduct post activity study (ROI) and develop recommendation according to results.
- Reports progress in channel penetration strategies - KPI's: numeric & weighted footprint growth
Supports local teams in the execution of the activities and in achieving their sales target
Monitor Competition activities and suggest potential counter attacks
REQUIREMENT
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration (minimum)
- Marketing / sales experience (2+ years) -
Fluent in English, Urdu or Arabic a plus
Flexible to travel
Good knowledge of world affairs
Strong analytical skills
Attention to detail, organized
Proficient with Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word)
