Update, sync, and analyze people data to be utilized for training needs
Manage & process training result data (training feedback, theoretical & and practical post test, participant's productivity post-training, and others for evaluation purpose)
Create training display (PPT, PPT Video, shoot video & edit video using apps) Upload training material to Learning Management System & monitor the progress
Send training invitation and reminder to selected participants & communicate the training schedule to admin and send training certificate to participant Support training implementation (online & offline)
Communicate the data to user (training department)
REQUIREMENT
Associate degree or bachelor degree
Max 30 years old
Can using Microsoft Excel
Have experience in creating & editing video with various apps
Familiar with Microsoft Teams
Able to create training display (minimum using PPT with animation & convert to video)
