DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN
Managing General Affairs (GA) in Public Services such as Maintenance Management (Buildings, AC, Cars, etc.).
Fill in records of all documents related to logistics (invoices, receipts, and other related documents).
Manage and develop cleaning services and maintain cleaning checklist records for office areas.
Prepare administrative arrangements and other activities for office employees (such as flights, hotels, meeting rooms, transportation including drivers, and related arrangements).
Take care of the management and maintenance of internal facilities, office equipment, and relations with cleaning services.
Record company asset data such as AC, computers, furniture, cleaning equipment, and others.
Save employee data into the HR information system database to ensure all employee data is valid and up to date.
Involved in the recruitment process, in accordance with company needs and policies to support company operations
Carrying out HR administrative tasks such as liaising with health facilities for sick employees, issuing reference letters, etc
REQUIREMENT
Bachelor’s Degree of Law, Psychology, or related field
Have min. 2 years working experience in related field
Good working knowledge of administrative procedures
Ability to perform administrative tasks efficiently and in compliance with the organization’s regulations
Good knowledge of HR practices and HRIS
Must be able to perform in a high-pressure environment, and be able to meet tight deadlines
Good customer service skills team oriented, able to work across teams and functions
