DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN
Responsible in all HR matters across the company from recruitment to performance reviews, wage reviews, disciplinary action, and learning and development.
To sourcing and set up an HRMS system in Singapore and liaising with other HR team across SEA region
Developing new and precise HR policies, strategies, systems, tactics and procedure in Singapore. Ensuring they are aligned with the overall business strategy.
Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation and preservation of human capital.
Responsible in recruiting cycle, maintain smooth on-boarding process, training, counselling, and coaching our employees and resolving conflicts through positive and professional mediation.
Conducting performance and wage reviews and maintaining and reporting on workplace health and safety compliance.
Handling workplace investigations, disciplinary, and termination procedures.
Maintaining employee and workplace privacy.
Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
