DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN
Concern to comply with company and government regulations regarding labour.
Provide first point of contact advice on the interpretation of awards and legislation and the application of industrial instruments escalating requests
Undertake research (legislation, industrial instruments, industrial bulletins, media, and internet) to provide information on current industrial issues for use by the company
Monitor organisational change processes and provide proactive advice to managers and employees to mitigate the risk of industrial disputes and ensure compliance with organisational policies
Assists the company to issues Legal Opinion regarding to the regulation·
Prepare documentation relating to Company’s Regulation and employee relations
Assist senior unit staff in advocacy and negotiations with unions and other external bodies
Provide written and verbal advice on general industrial matters within government and shareholder
Support the Senior IR Officers, to prepare briefs for counsel and other case preparatory work
REQUIREMENT
Min in Law Bachelor Graduated (S1)
Fresh Graduate are welcome
Good Interpersonal Skill
Good Negotiation Skill
Good in Communication Skill
Interest in Labour matters
Fluent in English written and speaking
