DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Provide day-to-day technical support, both for hardware and software, to ensure the smooth running of computers, laptops, networks, printers, and scanners. Setting up devices for staff, ensuring that all the platforms installed Troubleshoot and repair user technical software/hardware problem Any related task related to this role
REQUIREMENT

Min. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, System Information, or other related subject Min. 3 years of working experience in the same field Have advanced knowledge and experience in Office365, Linux, Mac, ERP system, etc. Willing to standby 24/7 for any troubleshoot problems (if needed) Able to communicate in English
