DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

1.Develop an implementation and management strategy within the scope of the HC Service, includes : Recruitment & Selection. Compensation & Benefit Management. Industrial Relations. Employee Services. 2.Develop work program plans for the 4 functions above. 3. Monitor and ensure the implementation of the work program in accordance with unit and department performance standards. 4. Prepare and submit regular unit performance reports. 5. Develop employee competencies and capabilities, conduct individual performance assessments and feedbacks, and manage another aspects to achieve the specified performance quality.
REQUIREMENT

Minimum bachelor’s degree (S1). Maximum age of 40 years. Minimum 5 years experience as Human Capital Manager, preferably from a company/industry engaged in the health ecosystem or health insurance. Have professional certificate in HC Management from a credible certification institution. Fluent in English both oral and witten. Have a strong leadership to manage the team. Have good interpersonal relationship skills. Experienced in Human Capital Management business processes digitization.
