DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN
Responsible for record keeping of recruitment bank data and managing end to end process of recruitment – SIGN interview for OTC division including posting job ads until contract agreement.
Coordinating with shortlisted candidate to complete psychology test and updating the scores for Head Office (supervisor level above) recruitment.
Updating and maintaining employee database for any changes as required.
Responsible for managing corporate official letters like handling outgoing Mega Lifesciences letter, internal memo, and HR letter (salary slip, contract letter, reference letter, SPG assignment letter, PKWT Letter, Terminate Letter, Warning Letter, Permanent Letter, All General Letter & All letter related to HR Department)
Managing leave status of employee on Be1Have system.
Compiling biometric attendance and report to Mega Lifesciences Indonesia on Head Office.
Managing end to end process of government and private insurance (register – non active – claim reimbursement, etc.)
Responsible for preparing and submitting performance evaluation report to all division on as per timeline.
Administrative responsibilities – creating advance, settlement and Reimbursement for GHBY and training, managing employee’s important dates monthly, updating joining and departures of employee as required, ensuring bank account payroll for new joining.
Responsible for coordinating and managing GHBY initiatives (Wellness Program, Did You Know Article, Sharing is Caring)
Responsible for maintaining Mega Lifesciences Indonesia official social media.
Coordinating and managing general affairs for cleaning service, driver and courier for day to day task.
Responsible for calculating overtime for drivers on monthly basis.
REQUIREMENT
Minimal Bachelor Degree in Psychology
Minimal 2 years of experience as HR & GA Staff
Fresh graduate are welcome to apply
Skills in Microsoft Office (Microsoft Excel, Words , Power Point)
Proficiency in English written and oral would be a plus
Honest, trustworthy, pleasant personality, having good interpersonal and communication skill, high discipline, motivation and responsible
Good coordination and administrative skills, high accuracy
Able to work independenly as well as working in team and willing to work under pressure
