DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

- Actively source and qualify candidates - Assisting clients and candidates along every stage of interview, including scheduling, feedback, follow up, updates and reporting - Learning to do Business Development in acquiring new clients - Responsible to achieve both sales target and activities target given by the team lead and management - Understand both job seekers and client’s expectations, and manage successful & good process in any job seeking experience - Work closely with team lead and other team member in handling a project - Working to improve recruitment efficiency - Maintaining to improve recruitment efficiency
REQUIREMENT

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience from any major. - Fresh graduates are welcome to apply. - Experienced in Head hunter company or Sales & Marketing preferred. - Sales or goal oriented. - Good communication skills. - Able to meet strict deadlines. - Independently motivated.
